diet

breakfast - nasi lemak separuh mangkuk besar + telur mata + sambal
               - air suam

lunch - nasi semangkuk kecil + ikan keli sambal + sambal tempe + cencalok + ulam bende
         - air kelapa

dinner - shushi 11 pc (aduhai 2 pc ebikko bsamaan berape calori la agknye), edamame 1 plate, scallop 1 plate, gilled salmon 2 plate
          -japanese green tea
          -halp grilled chicken burger
